The apple strudel is a traditional Austrian dessert, however its origins are in Turkey. Cooks in Vienna drew inspiration from "Baklava" during the Turkish siege. Our fruit creation is spicy and fruity with a deliciously creamy aftertaste, thanks to the air-dried apple and cinnamon pieces. 


Ingredients: apple pieces, cinnamon pieces, hibiscus blossoms, almond pieces, rose hip peel, elderberries, currants, blackcurrants, flavouring




Time 10 - 12 minutes
Temp 100° C
Qty 4 - 5 heaped tsp./1 litre
