These blossoms form a major part of many fruit teas creating a fresh and tangy infusion. Depending on the country of origin, the colour and acidity varies. Our Sudanese hibiscus has a noticeably stonger acidity and a brighter cup. We can recommend the pure, freshly brewed and cooled hibiscus tea as a really thirst quenching drink in the summer.
