Grown in the mountains of southeast China, this is one of the prettiest treasures from the world of tea. For more than 100 years, only the finest and youngest leaves are picked and mixed up to six times with fresh, delicately smelling jasmine blossoms, then sieved and rolled by hand into small pearls. As the tea starts to infuse the jasmine pearl blossoms in the cup to release the beautiful jasmine aroma, producing an elegant champagne colour.
