You can barely take a step into the markets of Marrakech without being offered a glass of hot, sweet mint tea. We use a high-quality, Chinese gunpowder tea blended with a crisp spearmint, which gives an aromatic, lively, yet rich, tea experience. This popular classic is ideal for an iced tea on hot days.

Be sure to lift the teapot high above the cup while pouring; Moroccans appreciate the way this aerates the tea (and they always pour with great panache).
