Exceptional in quality this tea is picked in the winter months from wild growing tea shrubs in the plains of Yunnan. Depending on the climatic conditions, the colour range of the pure blossoms can change between a creamy white and a moss green. The tea is produced in a very purist way, as the blossoms are dried in the sun after the picking. Also called “white pu-erh” because of their relative long storage time, this aging process, achieves further grades of ripeness. A mellow scent is crowned by a bouquet and flavour with a hint of tangy, floral freshness; this tea is a white-golden colour.
